Founders and Staffs

At our school, our faculty approaches teaching as an art that fosters children’s imaginations and is tailored to their developmental stages from early childhood to adolescence. Every Waldorf teacher is dedicated to helping each student realize their full potential, by offering diverse experiences and cultivating multiple interests and abilities. Our curriculum is designed to provide rich, sensory experiences, classical academics, and artistic beauty in every subject.

Founders

Le Nguyen Minh Thu
Founder

After struggling to find a suitable school, Ms. Minh Thu founded Warm Nest, inspired by the Steiner-Waldorf approach. Launched in 2016, Warm Nest focuses on a loving, child-centered environment. With mentorship from experienced teacher Ms. Saori Kanamaru, it emphasizes healthy development through attentive care, daily rhythms, and nurturing spaces. Ms. Minh Thu, transitioning from law to teaching, prioritizes early childhood growth, creating a "second home" for children. Warm Nest supports key developmental milestones—walking, speaking, and thinking—while fostering resilience and joy, ensuring a safe, loving space for children and peace of mind for parents.

Ho Thi Hoang Linh
Coop Founder

In 2016, Ms. Hoang Linh discovered Steiner Waldorf education while searching for a preschool. Inspired by her child’s development, she pursued training and joined Warm Nest as a Childcare Specialist in 2018, transitioning from banking to early childhood care. Over five years, she deepened her understanding of Anthroposophy and child development, completing courses on special needs education. She strives to make Warm Nest a "second home" for children, supporting their growth in the crucial early years. Currently, Ms. Hoang Linh is on maternity leave, caring for her newborn.

Truong Thi Thu Ngan
Coop Founder

Born and raised in Saigon, Ms. Ngan worked as a market supervisor in a media company, where she proved women's capabilities in a male-dominated team. After marrying and having a child, she reflected on her strengths and decided to pursue a career in childcare. She joined Warm Nest in September 2019, where her interview focused on her family. Starting as a support caregiver, she quickly advanced to lead caregiver for children over 3 years old. Following Ms. Hoang Linh's maternity leave, Ms. Ngan took on additional responsibilities managing the Warm Nest facility.

Staffs

Pham Thi Thuy Linh
Caregiver

Becoming a preschool teacher has been Thuy Linh's lifelong dream. When she met her mentor, Ms. Minh Thu, that dream came true. Starting at Warm Nest by preparing meals for children, she later became a childcare provider and preschool teacher. These experiences taught her empathy and understanding. Now caring for children under 3, she recognizes their rapid physical and mental growth and strives to provide what’s essential for their development. Thuy Linh continuously learns through books, training, and Steiner-Waldorf seminars, creating a warm, nurturing environment where children can explore and grow. She aims to be a role model for the children and finds endless joy in her work.

Ton Hoang Linh Chi
Caregiver
I graduated with a degree in Fashion Design and worked in a field completely unrelated to education. In 2022, I had the opportunity to take documentary photos and decorate classroom spaces for Warm Nest, which allowed me to experience and explore the Steiner education method. After that, I decided to learn more and practice education in the role of a childcare specialist. The more I had the chance to apply what I learned, the more I grew to love and trust this educational approach, which is rooted in creativity and the natural development of children.
Tran Ngoc Duc Anh
Caregiver
Previously, Ms. Duc Anh worked in the banking industry. Over time, she realized that she had a growing passion and enthusiasm for community work and nature conservation. She was drawn to this field because of her desire to connect with people, nature, and art. Ms. Duc Anh found joy and meaning in her daily work, to the point that her job became her life. She is grateful to those who built the foundation and for everything available here, allowing her to care for the children and everything around her. In turn, she herself is nurtured by these experiences. This is also the motivation and joy that drives Ms. Duc Anh and her colleagues to continue their work of "keeping the warmth alive" every day.
Nguyen Thi Hoang Dung
Caregiver

Hoang Dung made a significant decision to leave her business job after six months of maternity leave to focus on raising her child. She sought a natural approach to education and became a childcare specialist at Warm Nest in March 2024. With a passion for child psychology, folk culture, and the arts, she leverages her strengths and sets clear goals for her future. At Warm Nest, Hoang Dung views her work with children as not just a responsibility but a loving mission she is deeply committed to.

Nguyen Thi Kim Ngan
Caregiver

Ms. Kim Ngan, an early childhood education graduate, left her 15-year preschool career after her second child’s birth. Returning when her child turned five, she joined Warm Nest, finding its family-like atmosphere both new and comforting. Unlike traditional preschools, Warm Nest’s household-inspired activities felt familiar. Ms. Kim aims to grow her expertise and become a skilled professional. At Warm Nest, she leverages her strengths, sets goals, and charts her future path.
